1. Go to the "SMS" section on the dashboard in Booklink.

2. Click on "Settings."

3. Enter your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token in the respective fields.

4. Click on "Save" to apply the changes.

After entering your SMS service provider’s Account SID and Auth Token into the SMS settings in Booklink and clicking "Save," the SMS tracking feature will be activated. You will then receive a dedicated number, which is essential for sending and receiving SMS messages through the platform. This integration enables you to manage and monitor your SMS communications directly within Booklink.

Begin by adding individual contacts through the "Contacts" section, where you can input and save their details. To streamline the process, you can also import multiple contacts from a file, such as a CSV. To keep your contacts organized, create groups by naming and describing them, then add the selected contacts to these groups.
