Before starting, it's important to understand some key terms. The "Phone Number" refers to your sms provider’s phone number, which will be used to send SMS messages. The "Number Formatter" is used for the recipient's number. You can either enter a recipient's number manually or type the group name to select it, allowing you to send messages to all contacts within that group.

1. Go to the "SMS" section on the dashboard.

2. Click on "Send SMS."

3. Your Twilio phone number, which is used for sending SMS, will be automatically displayed in the "Phone Number" field.

4. In the "Number Formatter" field, enter the recipient’s number manually and insert or type the group name to select it.

5. Enter your message in the text box.

6. Click on "Send" to dispatch the SMS.
